The Staff is professional, personable, and beyond helpful with the often times difficult task of recuperating from surgery.
They take the time to explain what works for your specific needs and why.

Shira clearly knows what she is doing and how to help you —- she is well trained and skilled. After my first appointment I felt better- and my back and hips are a mess —- but I felt better and now I know with her experience and skill that I will continue to improve—— I highly recommend her without reservation. Also nice clean place with great equipment!!! Shira and the PTA - Emily are now helping me with my Clavicle - this is several years after my hip and back work from above— I’m back because Shira is the best- simply put.
PT Zone is great. I’ve been working on a hip injury from some hard marathon training and Amanda has been awesome. She helped to determine the root of the issue and has put together a great plan to get me strong and ready for my next race. As an endurance athlete, I’d strongly recommend this team.
