About Salem Nail Bar
Salem Nail Bar is a lively salon with friendly staff that offers a variety of nail services, including coffin style nails, seasonal designs, and waxing. The salon is clean and well-maintained, and the stylists, including Theresa, Jaclyn, and Kelly, are highly skilled and attentive. Customers have praised Ari for her exceptional service and patience, especially when working with children. Kelly has also received high marks for her helpfulness and for providing exactly what clients are looking for, making her a favorite for those seeking reliable service. However, some experiences have been less positive; one customer described a basic pedicure that felt rushed and unwelcoming, with poor quality results and high prices. Despite these mixed reviews, the overall atmosphere remains lively and welcoming, with a team dedicated to satisfying their clients.
I have been coming here for over 6 years now. However I was very upset the other day with how the technician Tiffany treated me. Went for a gelX fill. From the moment I sat in her chair she was rushing me and being aggressive. I paid extra for cuticle and she didn’t want to soak my nails. I then asked for stripes on my middle nails and she didn’t bother to make them straight. I paid 120$ for my nails so I had her redo the one nail on each hand with only one stripe. She blamed it on my fingers being crooked…barely had my hands in the UV light as well. When leaving I left her $25 tip and she never said bye or thank you. Staff and their attitudes have been an issue...read full review
Kelly was my rescue today! I had a horrific experience at my usual nail salon that I’ve been going to for alittle over three years. I called the Salem nail bar and Kelly immediately helped me out, listened, and gave me exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 will be going here instead of anywhere else!
A pedicure at my normal place takes at least 20-30 minutes. My pedicure at Salem nail bar took barely 10 minutes. I had to wait longer under the dryer than I was in the pedi chair. It felt very rushed and it barely looks like I got a full pedicure. The lady who did it was nice but I would not recommend if you are not in a full blown rush to be in and out.
