I had 4 projects in July-August 2024, it was for repairs on plastering and painting for water damaged ceilings inside my house. Carpentry repairs on the outside of the house and a complete painting of the house. I also had my outside deck completely replaced with new decking and composite railings. All projects were completed in a very timely manner. Pricing for all the projects was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Patrick and his team for any type of work you might have. His workers always cleaned up every day they worked and were very reliable and respectful working in and around my house. My wife and I are very pleased at the work that was completed.

I reached out to Osgood for interior paint work and patio door replacement. Paint work included walls, ceiling, and trim spanning across 3 floors and 1300 sqft of house. I have been burnt in the past using home depot/craigs list painting services so I wanted a professional team to do the work this time. The house originally had a French patio door we had Osgood replace with glass slider. We had already moved out so there was no furniture for the painters and door hangers to deal with. Because we had moved away, scheduling the work was pretty easy. I received photos before, during and after the work was completed. I eventually got eyes on and noticed the exceptional work the Osgood team completed. They repaired all the damage and pre-existing flaws in the plaster. I will say the I'm incredibly happy with their work and you can tell in the finished product that it was done correctly. The new patio door that shipped wasn't the door we ordered either. It might have been caught sooner if I had been present but these things happen (**cough** Anderson Doors). The Osgood team is going the extra mile to swap the glass door panels with the ones we originally wanted. Despite some back and forth on the total work scope of the job, the quoted price was the price I paid and there was no surprise fees or costs. I mostly dealt with Patrick Osgood directly. He is a very personable guy, our conversations often digressed to chatting about family and other common hobbies. He's the kinda guy I'd have a beer with. I would 10/10 recommend reaching out to Osgood for a quote for any remodeling and paintwork you need done correctly. Their quotes are very thorough and you really feel a sense of all the work they are performing. I plan on using Osgood for future remodeling and home construction projects.
