John was very up front and communicative about our situation with an a/c system fault and breaker repeatedly tripping. He took our weekend call, and sent his guy Steve out right away. Steve was awesome- he even opened the a/c unit and saw a burnt out contactor, pointing us in the right direction for HVAC. He also traded a 70 amp breaker for a 60 amp so it would be in code. He also noticed some poor connections on our Generac modules and fixed them.

Had Keith by our new house to swap out some breakers. John, over the phone, was a great help in making sure we got exactly what work we needed, as well as explaining in very thorough detail the safety requirements of the work on our old house.
