paula is the BEST! she took her time to explain and answer all of my questions to make sure i really understood my small business taxes. i also appreciated how she wasn't afraid to ask for review from a supervisor to ensure everything was done perfectly since my return was a bit unique!

My brother went to the Jackson Hewitt in Salem MA and Paula did his taxes. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there and get their taxes done.

Absolutely loved coming here very clean and professional as soon as i walked in. They are so nice and helped me with my taxes. I will be staying with them for now on.This is an update about Jackson hewitt, I am absolutely thrilled and happy with all my tax refunds and have been going to them for a couple of years.
