Went to backyard depot today and ordered a cord of firewood. Amazing service and super fast delivery. Didn't think they could back the truck up and drop the wood where I wanted it, but he was like mcgyrver and made it work!!! I never wrote this review .... someone stole my account .....

Could not be worse to deal with. I ordered a cord of kiln dried wood which they said would be delivered within a few days. After 5 tries when they told me they would be here and just never showed up, I opted to ask for my money back. It's be over a month and my calls are never returned and they stole my money...

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The Owner Lane K. Chase is the worst business professional I have ever encountered. In short, the entire beginning stages of my project was built WRONG and everything needed to be ripped out and replaced by someone who actually knew what they were doing. Throughout the process I caught Lane in lie after lie after lie. If you call him out on his lies he just sprays a barrage of more lies at you. If the conversations become the least bit difficult or uncomfortable he runs like the little coward that he is, with you guest it more lies! He will suddenly become..."sick as a dog, have fractured bones, and need to attend unexpected funerals". DO NOT TRUST THIS...read full review
