A&A did a great job replacing the rubber roof over my sunroom. In estimating the job, Sean spotted potential problems that other contractors missed. It cost a little more, but the additional work will extend the life of the rest of my home’s roof.
When the crew arrived for the job, they took special care to ensure that our flower garden was not harmed. The crew was efficient removing and disposing of the old roofing. When the roofing was stripped it revealed rot on some of the underlying structure, Eric, the crew leader showed me the damage and explained what it would take to fix the problem.
