“I had a difficult water issue which required excavation as well as a repair to the water line to my house. After a bad false start with a different company, I was referred to South Coast Creations by my plumber. They're very popular, so it did take a while to coordinate the arrival day. However, once on the schedule, the work moved forward just as promised, and I couldn't be happier. The excavation crew were cheerful, skilled and adaptive, and got the digging, repair and clean-up done efficiently within just a few hours. Once I saw how many different people (Dig Safe electric, gas, and town water department) needed to be involved that day in order to make the project work safe, smooth and up to code, I understood why scheduling takes a while! I am confident you couldn't find anyone better or more professional - highly recommend!“

He kept us informed of their schedule and coordinated his work with our availability. He and his team were professional and courteous, taking care to cover all the furniture, plants, and flooring while painting. They carefully removed artwork from the walls, the blinds, and the shades. After completing the painting, he replaced them. He was also able to accommodate our request for some additional "handyman" type of work. We were impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, quality work, and pricing. “We stopped in to look at having our kitchen and bathroom cabinets replaced because our cousin had her whole kitchen done by Thomas Michaels Design and they did a fabulous job!
We worked with Tom, Meagan, Ryan, Josh and Liam. They were all extremely helpful and friendly through the whole process. Tom worked with us through the design process, handling any changes that we asked for. Meagan kept us informed of the schedule, and Josh was very attentive to detail during the installation. As the project came to a close, they worked off our punch list very quickly. We love our cabinets and counter tops!“

“We recently had our roof replaced as the first step in our solar panel project. One of our requirements was to get it done quickly as we had a tight schedule. Andrei came by the house and had a quote for us within a day. The price was sginificanly lower than the others we had.

They started the job within a week of us accepting the quote. The crew arrived first thing in the morning and didn't leave until dusk. In the first day they were able to strip the old shingles and instal the new ones on the house and detached garage. Day two was only a few hours of final touches, the whole project completed in 2 days. The crew was very thorough, they spent a lot of time covering everything with tarps and moving items out of the way prior to demolition and put everything back when finished.

The new roof looks great. Won't hesitate to contact Bel Island for any additional work we need on our house.“
