“I had a difficult water issue which required excavation as well as a repair to the water line to my house. After a bad false start with a different company, I was referred to South Coast Creations by my plumber. They're very popular, so it did take a while to coordinate the arrival day. However, once on the schedule, the work moved forward just as promised, and I couldn't be happier. The excavation crew were cheerful, skilled and adaptive, and got the digging, repair and clean-up done efficiently within just a few hours. Once I saw how many different people (Dig Safe electric, gas, and town water department) needed to be involved that day in order to make the project work safe, smooth and up to code, I understood why scheduling takes a while! I am confident you couldn't find anyone better or more professional - highly recommend!“

He kept us informed of their schedule and coordinated his work with our availability. He and his team were professional and courteous, taking care to cover all the furniture, plants, and flooring while painting. They carefully removed artwork from the walls, the blinds, and the shades. After completing the painting, he replaced them. When samples were considered RBW went and got the best footing for the price that we could get. RBW also provided tons of pictures as the work was done as if I was on site. We remodeled a former galley kitchen that had zero workspace efficiency and was not easy on the eyes with old worn cabinetry and mismatched appliances.
We landed on more storage, beachy colors, classy design, and quality materials. The personnel and craftsmanship were very good. The communication, planning, permit schedule, and project management was outstanding. I think best part for me was the proposed schedule and actual schedule were on point.
We love our new space and 100% would work with iKitchens again to keep improving our house.

“We did a complete renovation of our home in Falmouth using Longfellow Design Build. The entire process went well from beginning to end. Our initial meeting with Rafael went very well and he gave us the confidence to move forward using them. We worked with Hailey on the design process and she was able to maximize the use of the space we had available to provide all we were looking for and more. She continued to assist us throughout the project with design selection issues as they needed to be made. Her assistance and guidance was invaluable to the completed project.

Our project manger was Rafael and he was outstanding throughout the project. He coordinated all permitting issues with the town and dealt with all the subcontractors needed for the project which was great as we were doing the renovation from afar. During the project he communicated regularly and sent photos and videos of things to keep us updated. When problems came about and we needed to address the situation he was upfront and gave us different options to rectify the issues. We always felt confident in his honesty and integrity. Rafael addressed any issues we brought forward very quickly and made things right.

The quality of the work provided was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They never cut any corners and did some changes that made the renovation better than expected. All the workers we encountered were very polite, professional and courteous when we were on site.

We could not have had a better overall experience working with Rafael and Hailey in completing our project. We have a small home and had a limited budget but their vision and hard work on our behalf made our home a place we are looking forward to enjoying for a long time. “We stopped in to look at having our kitchen and bathroom cabinets replaced because our cousin had her whole kitchen done by Thomas Michaels Design and they did a fabulous job!
We worked with Tom, Meagan, Ryan, Josh and Liam. They were all extremely helpful and friendly through the whole process. Tom worked with us through the design process, handling any changes that we asked for. Meagan kept us informed of the schedule, and Josh was very attentive to detail during the installation. As the project came to a close, they worked off our punch list very quickly. We love our cabinets and counter tops!“
