Eric was great to work with. His communication was clear, and I never had to wait long for a response. He got the job done quick, and was able to work around my schedule. Plus, as an added bonus. The electrician he works with and recommended was fantastic as well. I've used him to do some other electrical work around my house since. I couldn't recommend Eric more highly.
After getting several bids, I chose ELA for a whole house HVAC upgrade that replaced an oil boiler with a new geo thermal and heat pump system incorporating multiple air handlers, radiant heat and ductless splits. Eric takes pride in his work and it showed from the overall system design, down to the details like the layout of the duct runs and manifolds. With any issues we encountered, Eric always found a solution. He is a true master of his trade. The system is performing well and I know I made the right choice going with ELA.
ELA Mechanical was fantastic! Eric was responsive from the very beginning when I contacted him for a quote. He showed up on time and provided an estimate within a couple days. His estimate was competitive when compared to other vendors. I selected ELA Mechanical because he was very knowledgeable, honest, responsive, clear and understanding. He had to wait patiently while I had a home energy audit to qualify for a rebate program, he also ensured that the equipment met the specifications.
