Hot water pressure in my newly installed kitchen faucet was low. I called Pipelines and they actually walked me through how to troubleshoot myself. They were extremely helpful, patient, and kind AND their advice fixed my issue. Hooray for local and women-owned businesses!!!

Simply the Best inside 128. They tell you what you need, give you options, are nice, careful, easy to have in the house, competant and reliable. They come for emergencies.I have only them for plumbing and heating, no one else.

Chris and the Pipelines teams are great. They replaced the hot water tank in our condo building. It's an old building with lots of quirks and they navigated them all deftly. Also cost of the replacement was exactly as estimated.Service: Water heater repair
