Worst and rudest customer service ever. I called to see how much I owed and inquire about my eyes prescription and the lady on the phone was super rude. Like if I was bothering her, not coming back to that practice if that is how you guys treat patients.

Now I see why this place has horrible reviews you will wait forever for an appointment. They will lie and say they called you you wont get no call. You're better off going to Boston medical way faster and convenient on getting your prescriptions for your glasses and then you could just go online to buy cheap glasses to get you by because depending on this place you'll be waiting on a whole year the way I did. The fact that I have to give my daughter my appointment because they slack at reaching out to their customers is ridiculous. I plan on taking my family elsewhere for the future.

This is the worst eye place ever , it’s funny how i say this because my son is a patient upstairs in the great Roslindale clinic. Very unprofessional who ever they have at the front desk doesn’t care , both of my kids were supposed to be seen she tells me there’s only one child to be seen. I spoke to a different lady on January 10th they told me it was okay for both of my kids to be seen. I come today she’s going back and forth with me , with no care in the world. I am upset I don’t recommend this place to NO ONE for no eye care.
