I’m not sure who’s the person that is answering the phone, but she’s always having a bad day and full of attitude. I’ve called like three times and she makes it seem like she’s too good to do her job…
Very rude woman who answers the phone when you can get past the AI answering system. No one ever calls you back except the office manager who wants to tell me there office rules they have time for thet phone call! Don't go rude rude rude bad customer service!
This clinic has zero respect for patients’ time and cannot be trusted to give basic, accurate information.
I was personally called by their staff this morning and told my glasses were ready for pickup. I asked very clearly what time they close because I get off work at 4:00 PM. I was told they close at 5:00 PM and was assured there was “plenty of time” for me to come after work.
I left work immediately at 4:00 PM and drove 40 minutes in heavy traffic, only to arrive at 4:40 PM and be told, “We are closed.” When I explained that I was told they close at 5:00 PM, the response was cold, dismissive, and not a single apology was offered—by the same staff...read full review
