They helped explain the problem what they had done to fix it, and answered a few other questions I had. My one piece of constructive feedback is that I asked for an OLED screen, but only after my screen had already been replaced I was told they didn’t have those in stock. The repairman installed the other type of screen before checking if I was ok with it.
