Hales serviced our hot water radiator heating system in a vacation house. They were A+++! When I called Cindy was concerned whether they could quickly getting us back to a warm house. But she managed to work miracles and quickly get Brad an Ron out and us back into the warmth. They quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Price was very reasonable. 30+ years of excellent care for all my dogs & cats over those years. This pic is of current companions from a North Carolina shelter. White & orange Roxy, 10 weeks old, & Jack, red tabby at 8 weeks. If possible, I'd like to speak with Dr Powell about Jack's recent diagnosis of FIP. There are few options about his care - none are good. If putting him down seems best, I will want that to happen at home with Dr Powell's help. Based on the same past circumstances, I trust Lee Powell & very much value his skill & sensitivity in heartbreaking necessity.Might this be possible given Covid cautions?

My Dentist from a different practice was on vacation for my first dental emergency and Dr. Hornung was kindly covering. I felt terribly calling coverage, but I decided to give it a try rather than trying a big dental chain. I am so glad I did! They could not have been more accommodating. The woman who took my call offered to fit me in the same day without hesitation and was so helpful and welcoming when I arrived. The hygienist could not have been nicer, took my X-rays got me comfortable and was so easy to talk to. And Dr. Hornung was so thorough with his exam explained everything so well. They made me feel like one of their patients. The office was so organized and clean. Amazing staff! I can’t recommend them enough.
