John certainly knows his way around a PC. Cleaned up my computer, moved it successfully from upstairs to down, updated my print app and generally fixed long existing problems.I will definitely continue to use his services as he is fast, on-time and explained in simple terms what he was doing.

John was great! When my computer stopped working he answered my initial call right away and got to work on it the same evening I called. He was able to diagnose (unfortunately it was dead on arrival) and recover all my files within a few hours and gave recommendations for a replacement. When I had my new computer set up he made a house-call to transfer everything over. If you're in a computer crisis and looking for someone who works fast, is thorough, and really knows their stuff, John is your guy!

John Penaloza was able to get my Dell Inspiron desktop computer running much faster. He had some issues with my hard drive and so ended up replacing it. His time spent replacing the drive upped the total cost but it was time well spent. Now I have a fast system with improved security to boot.
