“Suffered an Achilles tendon injury on my left during a soccer match 4 months ago. I started working with Ariel 2 months after my injury which was my only regret I didn’t go to her sooner. I've noticed significant improvement from where I was from session 1 till now. The dry needling/Graston/ PT has been an excellent choice for my main PT/recover for my type of injury. At my worst I was limping very hard and couldn’t jump without feeling intense pain. 10 weeks later I am able to run/cut/play soccer without feeling pain. I’m still In the process of recovering so I’m not going 100% but I know I’m healing because the next day my Achilles isn’t killing me. Ariel has a good sense of my body type and knows how to go about my recovery with quality techniques to maximize positive results without injuring the affected area further. She was able to build a steady strengthening program which has made it simple/effective for me to implement at home mixed into my everyday life without feeling stressed about it. I feel a significant improvement in my legs with the overall tightness/strain feeling greatly reduced. As an athlete/health conscious I would absolutely recommend Ariel/FIXXED if you are looking for a specific based program tailored towards your needs for you to get back to 100%.

Thanks Ariel!”

“I had a fantastic PT experience here over the past year or so. My PT Olivia was very knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot managing injuries and how to navigate the recovery process. I'm very satisfied with the level of attention and thought she put into my plan. I was able to recover from my chronic leg injuries while still running half marathons and a marathon throughout the year!

Administrative things like payments and scheduling are also pretty frictionless here. They validate your parking for the lot in the back.”

“I have seen chiropractors for over a decade now and it's always felt like they spend 10 minutes on you...crack like three places, require you to come 3x a week, and then send you on your way.

This is the best chiropractic place I've ever had. They spend 30 minutes on you...adjusting, massaging, trigger points, warm pads, electrolysis, and exercises. You pay your co-payment and for $20 more you get all of that. My appointment is different every time depending on what is bothering my body that day. I have fibro, so that varies day-to-day.

Dr. Kate is the bomb!”

“I found George through a friend who highly recommended his work, ease of making appointments, and results. He was a godsend. I had been plagued by plantar fasciitis for months and was beginning to think it would never get better. George is a miracle worker. He suggested I see him once a week till I felt better. It took about six sessions, and I am happy to say that it is healed!!! I will not hesitate to return to George for any other aches and pains.”

“Dr Rob is the best and we have learned so much from him during our treatment sessions. He prevented and helped reverse my daughter’s fallen arches. He has also helped modify her rigorous sports training schedule to prevent injury and burnout and to provide proper rest during growth spurts. He has taught her key stretches to prevent constriction of muscles and fascia. My daughter is pain free, has more energy and is she growing like crazy. She loves his adjustments when she has an injury or when she has tightness.”

“After ‘graduating’ physical therapy, I could not figure out how to play tennis without pain. I had seen a specialist, gotten an MRI, had a cortisone shot, been doing accupuncture and strength training. Then I found John Marchese who figured out the root problem and re-wired how my brain connected to my feet. Now I am back to playing 4 times/week! I wish I had known of him sooner!”

“While I’ve only been a patient here for two weeks, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the time, care and explanations that Dr Ellen and Dr Steve have given me about my lower back condition. After every appointment I come home with something new to add to my toolbox that helps with my pain. It’s so nice to see incremental progress after each visit. I’m so thankful I found them and highly recommend!!”

“In the early stages of my preparation for the Ironman race, I had some lower back and hamstring issues that prevented me to perform more running hours. Luckily, I've found Gavin who with his unique and custom-tailored approach, which someone already described as a blend of physical therapy and chiropractics, has helped me get back on track, have great preparation, and ultimately a successful race. I'm very grateful to Gavin and would recommend him and his practice wholeheartedly.”

“Jonathan Schaller is an incredible practitioner and I'm so grateful to have found him. I had a shoulder injury that couldn't quite heal, and he worked on it, unlike several other PT's, and showed me exercises, to get it back to normal. I have referred MANY friends to him, and they have all reported positive results, and several of them now send their teenage children to him for various injuries. He is one of those rare people who understands the issue and knows what to do about it and conveys that with kindness and sensitivity.”

“A top notch physical therapy practice. I came here for a bicep injury that had been persisting for a few months, and the staff here is both extremely friendly and highly competent. The care is personalized and incorporates up-to-date best practices for healing injuries (as well as some cool modern tech for measuring progress). I always really enjoyed coming in (I worked with Sydney and Abbey, who were both great), and always felt like the care I got was well tailored to what I needed to heal. Two months later and I’m already back to pull-ups and the injury feels nearly gone. They were also creative in getting exercises that challenged my arm at different extensions and ranges of motion, which was really helpful. Highly recommend!

Also, if you happen to have the BU Blue cross blue shield PPO plan: I did not have to pay anything for roughly 20 sessions.”

“Ben Benjamin is one of the greatest teachers and authors in the entire field of massage therapy - world-wide. He is a pioneer who is still in the frontier. He has developed and taught methods for relieving pain and tension, for optimizing performance, as well as done some great work in helping therapists with communication skills both through their hands and the information they share with clients. Honestly, studying with Ben is going to one of the SOURCES of so much that is most vital in our field. I believe every therapist should take one or more courses with Ben Benjamin. Not only is he teaching great hands-on courses, but he has a variety of superb classes on-line as well. Check him out!”
