I offered to pay for his time and he did not accept anything since he lives nearby. “John was very up front and communicative about our situation with an a/c system fault and breaker repeatedly tripping. He took our weekend call, and sent his guy Steve out right away. Steve was awesome- he even opened the a/c unit and saw a burnt out contactor, pointing us in the right direction for HVAC. He also traded a 70 amp breaker for a 60 amp so it would be in code. He also noticed some poor connections on our Generac modules and fixed them.
