Brought my jacket into Renssi after the zipper got stuck. I had originally brought the jacket to a dry cleaner closer to my work and was told the job would be $40+ dollars to replace the zipper. I decided to try Renssi and see if they could do better. The woman at the counter told me the seamstress wasn't available but she would look at it as soon as she got in and let me know if it could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. The seamstress was able to repair the zipper and it cost me $8. I am very happy with the service, professionalism, and the job that was done. Highly recommend.
