I’m just confused about your coupons. Am I supposed to show it when I drop off the dry cleaning? I did do that. She said she applied the 20% but when I picked it up the 20% had not been applied and the coupon had expired.

First time customer. The woman I spoke to on phone and same one that helped me at desk was wonderful! I actually had to pay less than quoted which was a nice surprise! They did a great job on my white down comforter! Will def be back!!!!!!

I was greeted immediately! In a very friendly and helpful manner. I was dropping off and customer service rep let me know I had an item waiting for me. It was a shirt that I forgotten about. It was there for over one year and they still had it! TY!
