A very positive experience. Sammie is very friendly and genuine. His workers were all very polite and respectful, especially Luis!! They worked so diligently and their attention to detail was exceptional. I appreciated their respect to our home. They cleaned up each night. We recently hired Sammy Loja and New Horizon Home Experts to install a new roof, new cedar impressions vinyl siding, new gutters and downspouts and a new 8 foot slider in the kitchen of our home in Hanover. These guys are AWESOME! From the first phone call, Sammy was very responsive. He came right out the next day and talked with us about what we wanted done. He walked around the house with us and pointed out some things that could be improved on and how he would accomplish it. Within a couple of days we received a detailed estimate that spelled out everything that would be done and the costs associated with each part of the project.
