“Joe knows his stuff. Joe has probably single handly made the Parkway area into the vibrant area it is now with all his work. Each one of his jobs is a work of art. The homes go from 1930s recession to 2020s modernization. Is there anyone more trustworthy and knowledgable in the area, if you find them let me know. The job sites I have seen he lives clean… Cleaner than when they started. Explains everything thats gonna happen. There was an issue about the structure of my porch and Nova delayed there work and even sent a carpenter as an objective expert (he was not to be part of the roof project) to help me understand what estimates and plan was the best one for me to choose.
