“I don’t do reviews but I really thought I should since I had an exceptional experience!

I somehow managed to get my hair to look like I had dumped a can of black paint all over the front half of my head with the back still looking blonde. Don’t ask me how (it had something to do with thinking I could quickly touch up my own roots & an old box of dye & temporary insanity).

The result was so horrible that I ended up not leaving my house for days and when I finally did go outside, I had all my hair tucked under a hat! I was traumatized by my hair dying debacle!

Now I wish I had taken a picture — not because I want to remember that, but because it’s hard to put into words exactly how terrible it was (I’m sure my son could describe it in gory detail).

Anyway, when I finally got in to see JoAnn, I was afraid that she would say I had done too much damage and there was no fix. I knew JoAnn was a masterful beautician, but I thought I had gone too far!

Luckily, JoAnn didn’t say it was hopeless and she proceeded to somehow work her magic to correct my hair color so that it ended up looking better than ever! I truly was amazed — I knew JoAnn was talented, but I’m talking next-level miracle work here!!!“
