“FIVE STARS I had a deep tissue massage with Pablo today, focusing on my traps and lower back as primary spots. Holy **** ! First of all, the place is lovely. I was greeted by Doug, who makes you feel at home with a very calm and positive vibe. He then introduced me to Pablo, the star of the show. Did say star? Rockstar is more like it. When Pablo says deep tissue, he means it. At times it felt like I had two guys working on me. He uses his thighs, knees and shin at the same time as his hands, forearms and upper arm. I don’t know how he does it so flawlessly - he’s like an octopus! He treated the problem areas I mentioned while connecting the work with the rest of my body. You can visualize how he makes the muscle progression. He is incredibly effective. I STRONGLY recommend Blu Day Spa and Pablo in particular if you are serious about recovery - whether it’s a “formal” injury or you are just sore from everyday soreness.
