Not only did Britta promptly return my initial phone call, but she was thorough and detailed throughout our entire booking process, working with me patiently as I finalized details, and ultimately sending along a detailed itinerary to make sure our afternoon ran smoothly. Our group of 6 was split into two groups for services which was totally fine (and even appreciated) because they let us take over the 1st floor waiting area (and bring snacks and decorations) and we had time to chat and catch up. Jen at the front desk greeted us with a smile, and was helpful and attentive, yet appropriately removed to let us do our thing. We had a mix of facials and massages (and even one last minute manicure) - all good. Really - this was an awesome set up for our group of friends and a perfect kick off to our girl's weekend.“

She gave an amazing facial as well as massage on the scalp, shoulders, and neck. While outside enjoying the hot tub, we received complimentary birthday champagne. What a nice surprise that was.
