Please pay attention at the time when reviews on Heating and AC Solutions were written. Brian's service was OK a few years ago ( I had a split system installed by him about 2 years ago and the service was OK) But when I decided to hire the company again a few months ago to install a heat pump it was awful. Brian took the payment but never finished the job. The system never worked. Brian did not want to answer phone calls, texts or emails for several months. I had to hire another company to fix and finish Brian's mess.Please do not hire this guy.Lev Markov

Hired to install ductless heating and AC system. Install was a total disaster. Units never worked, wiring is a mess, Brian had 3 of the drains set up to drain right into my interior walls instead of being run outside! He basically hot wired the system into my electrical panel. There were no fuses or emergency shut offs installed! When confronted with the issues, he claimed he'd fix them but never did. When I asked for my money back, he became very hostile and threatened me with new BS invoices even though I had already paid in full. Do not hire this clown.Services: AC installation

Hired Brian to install mini split system. As previous reviewer said, his work is messy and he cuts holes in the floors and walls that are unnecessary. But worse is he is an outright fraud. Our system was installed incorrectly and has never worked. He intentionally ran 3 drain lines into my interior walls; and he hot-wired 2 condensers into my electrical panel because he didn't want to pay a licensed electrician. (no fuses or emergency shut offs) I'm lucky he didn't burn my house down. When confronted with the issues first he promised to fix them, but then he became threatening and harrassing by sending me additional invoices when I had paid contract price in full.
