Cant get hold of anyone at the company cant even leave a msg

Does good work but administratively it is a MESS. Very hard to reach by phone and no voicemail. No email. I am having to send a note by snail mail to get them to change my address. And they raised prices 14% this year without advising customers until the invoice arrived. Not the way to retain customers!
