Pittsfield Vision Associates provides efficient, prompt, and courteous service. The staff is tremendously helpful in addressing vision needs quickly. The office is well-run and knowledgeable, with Tom Dapson going out of his way to assist. Despite occasional negative reviews, the clinic proves to be professional, accommodating potential emergencies promptly. Give Pittsfield Vision another chance for excellent eye care services.

I was a patient at this practice a few years ago and had moved on to a Boston Optometrist. Yesterday I wore contact lenses for the first time in a while and couldn’t get the left one out no matter what tricks I tried. Slept with it in my eye and couldn’t get it out this morning. I called this office right when they opened and they fit me in right away even though I wasn’t a current patient. Turns out, the contact lens had gotten out somehow but my eye was super irritated from trying. The folks and doctor at Pittsfield vision were so kind and helpful and I wanted to express my gratitude for their care.
