I really like this store. They make you feel welcome,let you know they're there if you need anything,but don't follow you around. They have good coupons. Whenever I have a big bag of dog food,they offer to help me get it out to my car. You don't find that at many places anymore!
My dogs have had the best experience with your groomers! Always kind and my dogs look AMAZING when leaving! Please be kind these groomers work so hard and you should tip them well!!! You are not grooming your dogs as I am not for a reason! Its hard work and they work long hours...covered in hair and drool. THEY ARE AMAZING!
I go to PSP all the time and use the free pickup but this time I needed my order delivered. I placed my order around 2pm and it was scheduled to be delivered for the next day but I called and explained my predicament (I can't drive after surgery) and I was out of bedding so the very nice manager told me about the 1pm cutoff but she allowed the delivery to be done anyway, which I am very grateful for.
