My AC died when it was 90 degrees. I had it looked at by a service tech from another service company. Told my unit was toast. I went to visit Pariseau for a quote on a new system. The boss sent a tech down to make sure it needed replacing. Super duper serviceman checked it out, put in a new capacitor and had it running fine quickly. Pariseau is 5 Star all the way!!

I called Randy Paris for a service call thinking my thermostat was faulty, Randy was willing to drive one out to my house (20 miles away) for the second time,(under warranty) I told him maybe a service maintenance was what I needed, Randy agreed,saying he would have someone out in the morning (His competitor put me off for 8 days…even knowing my family was cold)….8:30am….John Shows up on time…Friendly, Knowledgeable, and quick, I needed was a light maintenance, clean some drains, serviced my on-demand water heater. Peter Torres was our Service man for our Fall Contract Maintenance. Peter has done our Bi Annual Maintenance several times now. Peter is extremely professional, polite, mannerly & competent.
