I’m was singing a performance at Tanglewood and needed my tux dry cleaned quickly. Then I wasn’t able to pick it up at their other location. Mary went out of her way to pick it up for me the day of the show so I didn’t have to rent one. Thank you!

I recently took an expensive, beautiful coat there to be cleaned. It had been worn maybe 5 times, and when I went to pick it up it was destroyed!!...my answer I got was, "sorry, that happens!"....I had to gather my thoughts to not literally cry, but there is my coat completely ruined with all the dark brown detailing melted on a camel wool coat that I treasured. There was no offer of anything to compensate, customer service zero. I will never go back again, and the post of my Facebook page with pictures is showing that many haven't had a pleasurable experience there either...sorry!

An expensive dry cleaning and the service quality is low. There is a machine ironing shirts and they are often wrinkled on the most obvious places. Unfortunately I could not find a better place in the area.
