Lapels is closed. No one inside, no clothing, no racks.

On the morning of December 1, 2025, I went to pick up my order for a trouser alteration at your Lapels Dry Cleaning branch - Brick NJ-001. After confirming that the order was ready, I was asked to pay immediately. I asked the young lady if she thought she should show me my order first and offer to try the trousers on to make sure they were properly altered. In response to this request, which I thought was reasonable, Janeen Keith (that was her name) snorted, choked on her own laughter, and ran away. I was shocked by this behavior. It seems this young lady had very little understanding of how to serve a customer and how to conduct herself around them. I don't think this kind of "service" will increase your clientele.

Lost one of the items I brought in for cleaning. Manager promised to replace. Once provided needed details no longer responding to follow-up.
