We've been very happy with the service from Home Instead. Everyone, from the administration to the caregiver, has been kind, caring, thoughtful, and helpful throughout. They have made what has been a difficult ordeal into a highly manageable experience.
I’ve worked for Home Instead Since November of 2022. I not only enjoy working with my clients, but the atmosphere at the office is next level. The ladies are always upbeat and happy to see you, also let’s talk about how they make sure you have everything you need in order to get the job done. Not only that, they send you cards of appreciation, birthdays, holidays, or to simply say hello if they haven’t seen you at the office. Home Instead also has fun activities for their staff, the last two; Music Bingo and Healing Sound Bath were next level fun and relaxing. Thank you Home Instead!
We enlisted the help of Home Instead to provide care and companionship for my cousin. The care givers are great - my cousin said, "How did I get so lucky to have these wonderful helpers!" She is happy, we are happy! Thank you Home Instead!
