Workers are consistently late or fail to show up all together. One worker became abusive and threatening with me. Workers fail to properly handle tasks for my father . I witnessed it repeatedly while I was in town trying to help my father. The office manager then tried to claim the workers were cleaning up after me which wasn't there job which was a complete fabrication. She was rude and offensive on the phone. Workers that are scheduled for 3 hours show up for 45 minutes and then leave. This place has horrible ethics and standards. Workers are not licensed or certified.
