I took two days off of work. I never got a response from these people they make false promises. You can't depend on them for anything very disappointing very disgusting. There's not much in the Berkshires that helps elderly people that are disabled and this place was recommended, but they turned out to be a big disappointment and they abandon me in my situation.

I know Elder Services helps a lot of people, but my experiences with them were far from that. I could spend pages on what they did to me and my mother, but trust me when I say, don't tell them very much information and don't rely on them to help you. A State Police officer even told me that he believed they had their own agenda and it didn't matter what the family wanted. They fought me in court with no evidence that I would have been a bad caregiver and when I wanted to see my mother's records, they made it absolutely impossible for me to see them. My advice is to always watch medical and police records for accuracy because people don't pay attention or listen and that gets listed in records and has negative consequences without any real justification.
