Dealing with everyone at Centerwell Health has been a godsend. Every single staff member has been so pleasant, efficient, smart and caring. Kudos to all the physical therapists and nursing staff.
Erin was an excellent physical therapist with my dad. She was so in tune with his needs & especially his blindness. They loved to joke during the sessions, which made it much more enjoyable!!! Thank you!!
The PT and OT were both excellent- really knowledgeable and helpful. However, the scheduling system needs improvement. Calling the night before and leaving a message stating the time of the next days appointment makes rescheduling difficult. But on the whole, CenterWell provided excellent therapy.
