Cassie’s Yogasound class is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I am so excited I found a studio that offers a class like this so close to home. This has been a perfect addition to my yoga practice. I highly recommend checking it out!

Spa night on Friday was nothing less than amazing . I left there feeling relaxed and renewed ready to conquer the world. Ellie and Sarah did such a wonderful job making everybody relaxed comfortable. Such a great time ❤️Totally recommend spa night as an add an extra in your life.
