I would give it 5 stars, but I feel absolutely suffocated when I enter this store. I feel bad because I know the employees are made to interact as much as they can with customers. There is this one woman, and i don’t think she works for ulta directly but maybe for a brand? I know that I can never enter this store in peace without her following me around, staring, and trying to force me to buy or try a product I’m not interested in. If you ask me if I need help and I say no, please do not approach me again. I repeatedly asked for a fair skin powder. After weeks of waiting, a dark powder arrived. If took almost a month for the exchange. No big deal except I was excited to not just use it, but hide everything I see wrong, Ultra does f right by it's customers. I'm certain it was an oversight, however, > was annoyed because of the distance.

Tori was so helpful and so sweet! She helped my little sister who is a first time makeup user find products that work best for her skin, coloring, and complexion. Tori was so kind, educated, and had such a good energy ❤️
