I was wary when my local oil company was bought by Petro but have been pleasantly surprised by their services. I had issues with my boiler and they were promptly responsive. The techs that have serviced the boiler were pleasant and informative. I then reached out to Petro for a quote for mini splits ( my third quote) and they were less expensive and had electricians so I didn't have to find one on my own. From my first interaction with Steven Smith sales to the plumber and electrician signing off on the one day installation it has all been positive and exceeded my expectations. I have been a long time customer of Petro, and this time they really came through on the service. Last Monday they came out to inspect my furnace that was making a funny noise. Turned out it was leaking, and I needed a new furnace. I wanted it replaced as soon as possible, even though it still was providing heat. On Tuesday Stephen Smith came out first thing to price it. Stephen arranged for a replacement the next day. On Wednesday a crew was there all day removing the old and installing the new, which wasn't easy, because I no longer have a bulkhead.
