Service tech was very good. Came when scheduled, spent about an hour diagnosing, ordered parts, parts arrived next day, scheduled replacement. Again arrived on schedule, spent another hour replacing parts, everything working just fine. 3 year warranty on appliance is hard to beat. Reasonable pricing. Hopefully won't need to call again any time soon, but if we do will call Regal.
We were having trouble with our dryer was told bo others we would probably need a new one. Regal appliance came out fixed our dryer in a matter of minutes he had figured out the problem. Very professional. Dryer is back up and running. Thanks again
Regal came out to my home to fix my fridge. The tech was very nice and explaned everything as he was doing the work. It ended up not beable to be fixed no fault on them. They will issuse me a refund and i will still pay the fee part. I will also use them again in the future.Also would recommend them any great company.
