I’ve managed multiple properties and worked with countless contractors over the years, and it’s usually one or the other: either they do great work but are wildly expensive, or they’re affordable but cut corners. I met Brian of Fairwood Builders about two years ago through my real estate business, and since that time I’ve gotten to know him and see his work firsthand — it’s truly exceptional. His attention to detail and craftsmanship stand out in everything he does.
I’ve referred Brian to several of my clients over the years, and recently I decided to put my money where my mouth is and hire him myself. My front porch had started showing signs of rot, and I was tired of replacing a board here and there and repainting every few years. Brian gave me a quote and got to work — and he did not disappoint!
