My Piriformis muscles get so incredibly tight from an old injury and repetitive motions while at work. It affects so much of my body,mind and every aspect of my life due to the constant pain. When I have my appointment I feel like I not only get the correct type of massage I TRULY need but I also learn so much about my muscles, and other ligaments that can and are affected.
