“I cannot say enough good things about Kelly at Zoel. I went in for a color correction after a previous color experience left my hair uneven, brassy, and not at all what I had asked for. I was nervous and honestly a little discouraged walking in, but Kelly immediately put me at ease.
She took the time to really listen to what had happened, what I was hoping to achieve, and what I did and did not want. She explained the process clearly, set realistic expectations, and approached my hair with so much care and precision. The end result was absolutely beautiful. The color is even, natural, and exactly what I had been hoping for but did not think was possible.
Kelly is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. You can tell she truly cares about her work and about her clients. I walked out feeling confident, happy, and finally loving my hair again.
