“We got this business from a friend who loved their kid's hair-cutting service. We thought we'd try it for our 18-month-old kid, who needed a total buzz cut.The online reviews did not blow us away. It may have been mostly sour grapes that did not tell the whole story. But We had no choice but to go there on the day of their slot because, per our schedule, it had to be this day.The reception area was nice and kid-friendly, with toys and books for the little ones to have fun with. But we were worried about the toys for sale, as they were not secured. We felt like we had to watch our kid like a hawk.Our hairdresser was awesome and sweet. They told us everything in simple words and made our kids feel comfortable. Our kid got scared of the buzzers, and that's when we had to bring out the good old Cocoomelon. They also got a toy that came out when they put a card in the slot. They loved that part and did not whine or fight.We were stoked with how their haircut turned out, which was fast and easy. We dig the cool idea of this business, which lets kids have a blast while getting their hair cut. But we are shocked by the low ratings and reviews, as they do not match our experience or hopes. We wonder why more people are not giving this business a shot, especially since it is one of a kind.“
