After the sale it's the service that counts. I cannot overstate how much they take this to heart. Even though my problem was the result of a faulty breaker and not the result of their installation they contacted my electrician and worked with them to resolve the problem. In addition, they lent me a vacuum the moment the problem arose. If only, everyone treated customers this way...

Great store! The owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A large selection of vacuum cleaners and cleaning products as well as repair service. And it's handy to the lower Cape Cod. Highly recommended!

If you live on Cape Cod, there's really no better place to buy a vacuum. The selection is amazing! You can really geek out over such a mundane thing but vacuums are one of the most important tools in any home or business operation. Gotta keep things clean!! Anyways, I bought my Henry here and I love it. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are right in line with what they should be. Everything is AUTHENTIC!! So happy that I can shop local and get such a cool quirky vacuum from you guys.
