These folks came out to our office and solved the heating problem another company had been unable to solve despite two failed attempts. Bayside overcame the hurdle of obtaining the unshipped repair part during the blizzard shutdowns, by driving to the remote location to pick it up for us. I am sorry that Peter had such an unfortunate outcome with Bayside, as my experience was much different. I had a tankless water heater installed last week to replace an indirect HW heater. The overall experience was very positive....... from Shannon (who scheduled/invoiced the work), Francois (the owner who actually visited the property to assess the project & provide the quote), and Josh (the ultimate Superstar who completed the installation). Josh has 5 years experience, but his workmanship and communication is on par with some who has 20+ years of industry experience). Fantastic first impression! With a pregnant mom-to-be in the house during a hot spell, we were desperate to have the AC working well. The woman who took my call was honest (they're swamped of course!) and sympathetic. She set realistic expectations about whether they could squeeze us in . . . and they did! Austin and Michael were professional, thorough, patient with my questions, and a pleasure to deal with. I am optimistic that their plan for follow-up will solve our problems. Bayside Plumbing & Heating has new customers in us!
