No one told me when he was coming and we got a Text saying was here but he was not. Evidently he came and went before I got the text. Not a good system... I called them and he said he would come back and he did. Think AAA system is a problem on weekends. JWL came through in the end.

Today I requested the services of JWL, to help me get out of a road where my truck got stuck in a tree. My experience was not so pleasant. I had to wait about 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive. The driver took about 10 minutes to pull the truck, and that was fine. But they charged me $476 for that service. They didn't even move the truck to another place. They just pushed it about 10 feet and took it off the tree that was holding it. It's an abuse. For 10 minutes of work, $476.

We are AAA members and JWL Transports is the towing company we deal with here on Martha's Vineyard. In the several times we have used them they have been prompt, friendly, and very good at communicating with us. 5 stars all the way.Service: Car towing
