“We did a complete renovation of our home in Falmouth using Longfellow Design Build. The entire process went well from beginning to end. Our initial meeting with Rafael went very well and he gave us the confidence to move forward using them. We worked with Hailey on the design process and she was able to maximize the use of the space we had available to provide all we were looking for and more. She continued to assist us throughout the project with design selection issues as they needed to be made. Her assistance and guidance was invaluable to the completed project.

Our project manger was Rafael and he was outstanding throughout the project. He coordinated all permitting issues with the town and dealt with all the subcontractors needed for the project which was great as we were doing the renovation from afar. During the project he communicated regularly and sent photos and videos of things to keep us updated. When problems came about and we needed to address the situation he was upfront and gave us different options to rectify the issues. We always felt confident in his honesty and integrity. Rafael addressed any issues we brought forward very quickly and made things right.

The quality of the work provided was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They never cut any corners and did some changes that made the renovation better than expected. All the workers we encountered were very polite, professional and courteous when we were on site.

We could not have had a better overall experience working with Rafael and Hailey in completing our project. We have a small home and had a limited budget but their vision and hard work on our behalf made our home a place we are looking forward to enjoying for a long time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Longfellow Design Build.“

They also cleverly designed an underutilized large second floor bedroom into an office and beautiful primary suite.
