“I cannot say enough good things About Tru Design… I had an extensive kitchen renovation, which also involved incorporating a covered porch into the project to extend the kitchen and add a mudroom… I could not believe how well it went, and I lived in my house during all of the construction! Everyone who worked on the project was spectacular! They worked every day and on some Saturdays and never missed a beat. They were all great craftsmen and I am very pleased with the result. Ken, the project manager was extraordinary in coordinating everyone who worked on the project and making sure things ran smoothly. He came to the Project every day, first thing in the morning and last thing in at night. He also stopped in from time to time during the day to make sure things were going smoothly, and he really was magnificent! Amy, the kitchen designer was wonderful! She understood exactly what I wanted and also made me aware of things I didn’t know I needed!! She made the whole process very easy and the only tasks I ended up with were purchasing the appliances And going with her to pick out the quartz for the countertops and backsplashes.I cannot recommend Tru Design highly enough!!“

“Almar had done previous projects for us: replacing Storm and Entry Doors, replacing a Wood Deck with a AZEK/ Timberteck deck, and replacing Windows, a Slider, and installing a new floor when redoing our Sunroom.This project was replacing the front and side stairs with AZEK ones. Also, a large bush on each side of the front stairs had to be removed.As with the previous projects, Craig promptly met with us and provided an estimate which was thorough and complete. After approving the estimate and signing the contract, the project was started in the defined time frame. The Carpentry team did a great job. Mark and Neto did an excellent job directing the project. They promptly and successfully addressed all issues that came up. They were both outstanding to deal with.We are very happy with the final result and we have received multiple compliments on it.Another successful project completed by Almar! After interviewing many contractors for the project, we decided to go with KAKS because Steve immediately seemed familiar with the many potential pitfalls of our particular basement situation. “Thom is terrific! Mean that in the truest sense. I had a partial bath renovation that included new tiling and alcove bath. Tile job was perfect as was the necessary carpentry. Thom is a perfectionist and leaves worksite immaculate after each visit. His suggestions are on target.You may have to wait to hire him and have wiggle room for your project but he is worth it!“

Derek spent 2 hours with me going over everything I wanted. They recently installed new windows and doors, replaced all outside window and door trim with composite and rebuilt the deck. Derek offered some very good suggestions. The price was fair and did not change. The work was high quality and completed on time. They cleaned up nicely every day. “I have worked with Steve O'Keefe and Eagle Build and Remodel for approx 15 years on a number of projects. Steve and his team are all professional. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Steve spent the time to educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets, lighting and painting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been completed. Already discussing next project.“

“In 2018 we did a significant renovation on our current home. Shoreline Builders did an amazing job from start to finish! What could have been a very stressful experience was seamless and enjoyable thanks to Jim and his crew's professionalism, reliability, incredible talent and ability to manage our expectations. “CMC did a terrific job removing our existing driveway, regrading it so it drains properly and paving it beautifully. They consulted with me about specific details (adding a path to the garage door and a catch drain area under a down spout) and gave suggestions based on their wealth of experience. I most appreciated that Steve the owner not only did the quote, but was actively involved in the project with his shovel and manning several of the machines they brought (most other places have the owner or head guy quote, and the job rolls downhill). The all-English speaking American citizen team is well oiled, each with a role that they know well. And friendly, polite and professional, too. Our driveway is now fantastic. I highly recommend.“

“We had a fiberglass Masonite front door installed 9 years ago that was purchased at Horner Millwork. One of the side glass panels began to fog on the inside recently. Reading the warranty info, we would only be a small portion covered - I reached out to Horner, and without my asking they offered to replace the glass at no charge - just the cost of some replacement fasteners to match the door color. Very impressed with this level of customer service and without my even asking. Thank you!“
“John Millett and company did an amazing job converting my dirt cellar into a livable concrete cellar. This project converted a damp sometimes-scary environment to one that structurally reinforced my foundation and made it possible to add 1000+ square feet of sturdy concrete floor space. The project also increased level head space by excavating up to a foot of the dirt. This project was completed about 10 years ago and it is as impressive today as it was back then. I was prompted to write this review based on recent comments by experts who evaluated my structure for potential main beam replacement. Structural engineers and inspectors all commented on the quality of work and that it added significantly to structural integrity of the home and resale value. Ten years ago i just wanted to get rid of my damp scary cellar and i did mot realize all the benefits that i would gain that are lifetime.“
