“I had my own first appointment here a few months ago and everyone was friendly and helpful. Last week I needed to find a new place to bring my 5 year old to order a new pair of glasses. My daughter has had glasses since she was 2 and it can be very tricky to figure out which style and size will work best for someone so little and quickly growing. My daughter was very excited to pick out new glasses and talk to the employees. She was asking about every single item on the employees desk and the woman was so kind and patient! She showed my daughter how the tool that measures the PD works and explained what it measures, etc. The woman was also very helpful with helping me look over the different options offered from our insurance and making a decision. I am kicking myself for not getting the employees name but it was the best experience we've ever had getting new glasses!“

“I had my first appointment at Elliott Eye Doctors today and they are fabulous! Everyone was so nice, the exam was very thorough, and I love the frames that I picked out. Leah was amazing and even brought out some frames that were not on display to help me find the perfect pair. If you need an eye exam or new glasses, I would highly recommend them.“

In those years, I’ve moved many times and tried different eye doctors, none of them came close to the specialty, experience and knowledge of dr Burgis. My astigmatism is severe and my eyes are complicated, she is the ONLY one that can handle complex care and also offers custom specialized contacts, for those of us that don’t fit into the standard box. No matter where you live, take the drive and see her!“

“I was not previously a customer or patient of this practice and found myself with broken glasses the night before I was leaving the country for a week and a half.

Despite their policy to not work on eyewear that wasn't purchased there, they told me to come by and repaired my glasses in 5 minutes flat and didn't even charge me for the replacement nose pad and parts.

“I just stopped in to see if there was an opening for an eye exam last minute unfortunately my glasses broke and I needed a quick fix.Although I was not able to get an appointment ,the lady that helped me connect with Tina to set up an appointment was super sweet and apologized for the inconvenience and Tina was also super sweet.Bummer I have to wait so long for an appointment but the kindness of those two workers was greatly appreciated and they did all they could to help me out.“
