Been going here,for years I once trusted, my health ins.covers one pair of glasses per years, I just realized and distressed and nauseas over again another place whatever reasons these things seem never to end, I again was lied too after yearly eye exam, some female there made up I cannot get the pair of glasses I look forward to yearly, so thankful I carefully hung on to my ones from last year, in case something weird again happened and listened to my soul, somethings been wrong it's happening everywhere, I was lied too I could not get the yearly glasses covered by my health ins. My mom is 90 years old. She had cataract surgery in Dartmouth for both eyes. Both surgeries went very well. My complaint is about the receptionist. She has zero customer service skills. We were told that the nurse brings the patient downstairs. Dont come back to the office, you will get a call. The receptionist called me both times after each surgery. My first suggestion would be that she call from a number that identifies the organization. (1st Surgery)She was abrupt and informed me that my mom would be ready in 15 minutes. Me and my family will not go there anymore because one of my family member had a glaucoma surgery previously her eye get worse than before she’s 84 years old ,now the doctor wants to do another surgery she doesn’t trust the doctor anymore she request to go to Boston Medical center to have the surgery done,I was able to get a referral from Manet community health center ,today around 4 pm this woman from advance eye Doctor called me because she have no information about the surgery she needed information from me to give to someone elsewhere I was very confused ,I called the primary care Doctor to ask if the patient have the right to choose where to go to get the care… read full review
